Ok we have just got rolled by 2x sig of midnight mesmer with various domi stuff and plague sending and unblockable packhunter. TA is no damn fun. I had seriously considered trying for glad 7 or 8, but after this, I have no plans to continue past glad 6. There are so many new glad 4 and 5 players in TA that exclusively run lame builds, and the only real solution to punch through is to play those lame builds at a higher level. I get a certain sense of satisfaction from outplaying these players, but in the end, it means very little, because I'm forced to play the same damn builds they do in order to do it.

Matches used to be dynamic and interesting. Signet Mesmer is not interesting. Wail of Doom is not interesting. Hex stacks are not interesting. Barrages of cheap, quickly recharging enchantment removal is not interesting. Matches are boiling down to maneuvering around 50% blackout and various dom crap, removing important hexes before they get covered or stack, keeping the ranger clean so that he or she can disrupt key shit, fighting through layers of constant blind, and trying to make enchantments stick in a meta that completely shits over them, forcing the monk to tug exclusively at red bars to prevent a team collapse.

I'm doing HA right now, but I can hardly stand that either. HA is more fun than TA right now, and I hate HA.

Sounds like a pretty diverse and interesting concept. You described a pretty skill intensive, rewarding meta.

Lol yeah I've never seen so many gay sh*t in TA in 2 hours.That R/P 2x Sig Midnight domination mes is so fuk*ng broken seriously.One mes is fine to deal with you easily dshot it and kd chain him but 2... there's no way u can put a minimum of pressure on that team even with the most retarded players in the game.So I'm about to bring sight beyong sight or just run spikes in TA atm.

Can make it unblockable for the companion, but I have no clue what the real build was

And Thunder plays what he needs to win because atm if you don;t run gay shit there is no way you can beat other gayshit.

PLaying warrior in Korean RA is more enjoyable than in that TA.

Spotless is not a good skill to deal with domination hexes, u know. Spotless works wonder against necro hexers, and seriously, nobody wants a cheap skill that removes a lot of hexes and can't even be countered. Spotless was better than Divert Hexes (ok, DH sucks) and Divert is an elite.

Also, the nerf to HC has been almost useless. What they did was just to fix Patient Spirit synergy with it, while leaving all the other enchantments unaffected. I know they also changed the spotless skills, but those were a problem even if runned on a WoH bar.

WoD needs some conditionality to work. At 10 recharge it works properly as meele shutdown while being too powerful as caster shutdown (especially if u get lucky with ur 40/40 set). As i said on another post, i think that a good change for the skill might be:
WoD 10% sac 1 1/4 10. Interrupt target foe's action. If that foe was attacking or using a spell it also get hexed with Wail of Doom and his attributes are reduced to 0 for (1...4) secs.

Foul Fest needs an energy gain cap, maybe instaed of giving 0...3 energy for each condition removed just make it giving that energy regardless how many condition u removed and possibly, make it fail if your SR rank is 4 or lower.

Plague sending needs some change. Atm it is really cheap and recharges quite fast, while having a too good effect. Imo remove the adiacent foes part and increase the recharge to 10 or so.

@yum, i believe i actually faced that 2 mes+packhunter build when we were testing koreanway with my guildies...i wont say its gay, but u were pretty much anti us xD, no veil ftl, but ff ftw :P.

2 signet mesmers + a beastmaster is just silly. It's never gonna kill a rit/monk backline or even HC + smiter.

Sounds like one of those builds made by a team that is too weak to survive with 1 defensive character and 1 regular monk, so they just grief with overkill on defense and hope they eventually get a kill in.

It would help so much if they also made plague sending a touch skill..

If it was a touch skill, what would be the reason to run it over plague touch? Just the adiacent foes part?

Yes its gonna kill even them. Consider feral lunge (unblockable 100+ dmg every 5 sec), poison on everyone, empathy, double diversion and backfire. Our balanced dropped in 3 mins. We couldnt do anything and our monk got all her skills diverted.

I have been more into HA recently cuz we roll sways instantly and its kinda fun to fight builds like lego or bspike with 2xBHA rangers and 2xcslash.
I wonder why sad RA farmers like Ayres Rock actually provokes ppl who lost to his great build behind offline status.

Pepe called me for TA, we had like 8 wins streak - 3x covenantway (was easier thx to the update), 1xbalanced, RA and then we lost to this joke. After this everyone typed I quit gw and logged

HA IS MORE BALANCED THAN TA, PLAY HA (funny but true statement).
